We have had another great year and are performing well in many key areas.

We recognise the need for improvement within some areas of our services such as repairs, where we have seen a slight dip in performance this year. We are also working to improve our digital offer to customers and have seen a positive increase in the amount of customers communicating with us digitally. Here are a selection of performance figures from the last year.

  • We own and manage 10,253 homes
  • 18,344 people live in our homes
  • Over 46,728 repairs completed
  • 1,243 planned improvements completed
  • 91 new homes built for general needs, supported living tenants and low cost home ownership
  • 94.6% of general needs and independent living tenants were satisfied with our aids and adaptations service
  • 83% of tenants were satisfied with Progress Housing Group as a landlord
  • Progress Lifeline offers support to over 34,000 people
  • We have 24,818 telecare customers
  • We have conducted 6,192 live chats through our web chat facility.
