Don’t get wrapped up in debt this Christmas
We know this can be an expensive time of year. If you are struggling with money, please don’t suffer in silence and let your rent payments lapse.
You can contact one of our Income Officers, Katy Horrigan or Chris Radcliffe, on 0113 2783335. They will be able to answer your questions and signpost you to sources of support.
Remember your rent is due on the first of the month. If you don’t have a direct debit set up and you need to pay your rent while our office is closed you can:
- Pay through our website with your debit card via your LYHA account. If you don’t already have an account you can set one up at www.lyha.co.uk/login-pay-your-rent. You will need an email address and your tenancy reference number (which appears on your rent statement).
- Pay by online banking. You just need to set up LYHA as a payee: Sort code - 090222 and Account no. – 10525191. Please use your tenancy reference number as the ‘subject’ when you pay.
- Pay using a post office payment card (GIRO). Simply take the card with you to your local post office and pay with cash or debit card. Make sure you get a receipt; it can take up to seven days for the rent to be credited to your account.
