Building a better future

After ten years together, Phoenix's vision remains to build a better future for the community, through our model of resident leadership. That means delivering excellent services at good value for money, acting sustainably and providing new homes and opportunities.

Fellowship in progress

Built in the 1920s as an 'improved public house', The Fellowship Inn is a vast building that once served as a training base for the heavyweight boxer Henry Cooper and hosted famous music artists, such as Fleetwood Mac and Eric Clapton.

When residents voted to create Phoenix in 2006, part of our promise was a new community space in the heart of the Phoenix area.
