Foreword
There have been many achievements throughout 2020. We have achieved the majority of our Business Plan targets, including high satisfaction rates for customers and employees, a significant positive impact in our communities, and delivering health and safety and property compliance programmes. During Covid-19, we provided additional services, such as making over 100,000 welfare calls and supplying all employees with PPE throughout the pandemic.
Everyone has stepped up and gone the extra mile to support our customers, communities and society as a whole.
Our G1 status has been reissued by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) showing we achieve G1 standards and this has only been possible due to the enormous effort made by our committed employees.
We will continue to manage the challenges of Covid-19 with all the uncertainty it brings, and our focus will remain on supporting our customers and our communities in the recovery period.
Inevitably we will retain some new ways of working and will be transitioning these into permanent arrangements. We will be focused on delivering high quality services and achieving our Business Plan growth plans to provide much needed new homes.
We will also be responding to external expectations, including the white paper, health and safety standards and expectations, environmental targets, and the new code of governance. Our work with customers will be at the centre of this activity.
